No Junk Food!!!

Hey :)

Soooo I'm going to do a no junk food challenge! If you would like to join me...here's the foods that are not allowed!!

  • chocolate
  • candy
  • biscuits or cookies
  • cake, donuts, or muffins
  • pastries
  • white bread
  • chips
  • fast food
  • nutella, peanut butter, or other naughty spreads
  • ice cream
This challenge lasts for 21 days, but I would like to implement it into my life as a regular habit. I eat waaayyy too much of this stuff and it's really starting to take a toll on my body, I feel sluggish, unhealthy, and I'm starting to have body image issues hah. I think this challenge is a great way to get back on track to the healthy lifestyle I used to live!

I'm going to have a reward for myself, just for a little extra motivation! ;) If I can make it all the way through this challenge, I'm going to buy the Urban Decay Naked2 palette, which I've been wanting since it came out! :))

I'll keep ya'll updated on how I'm doing with this, and if you want to join in just comment and we'll go through it together and help each other stay focused! :)
